Pool & Spa Cleaning

We provide year-round pool cleaning services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Our comprehensive offerings include:

• Cleaning the pool surface and floor
• Emptying the baskets
• Balancing the pool water and adding necessary chemicals*
• Checking the filter system and performing any required weekly maintenance, including backwashing, brushing, and vacuuming the swimming pool

Each pool is unique and requires different amounts and types of chemicals. Balancing the water for safe swimming depends on several factors, including weather, temperature, sunlight, pool location, pool size, bather load, and the sanitizing and filtration systems in place. Many other physical factors also play a role in determining the ideal pool chemistry.

*Please remember pool chemicals are not included in the cost of our weekly pool service and are billed separately.

Note: For some of our customers, weekly cleanings are not enough. We have many customers who have their pools cleaned twice per week.

Pool and Spa Maintenance

Summerizing

This process gets your pool ready for the season:

• Remove pool cover
• Reassemble filter equipment
• Start and test filter equipment
• Test and fire heaters
• Balance pool water

Drain and Clean

A drain and clean of your pool eliminates a high level of TDS (Total Dissolved solids).

It is recommended that pool water be changed every 3-5 years to avoid elevating levels of dissolved solids in the water (in the case of a tablet chlorinated pool) and to lower the levels of cyanuric acid.

Draining and cleaning your pool, then either acid washing or chlorine washing your pool is performed to remove stains or calcification from the pool finish.

Winterizing

Winterizing your pool or closing it for the season includes:

• Shutting down the filter system
• Disassemble filter and store pool pump (If applicable)
• Blow out and plug all pool, spa, and/or water feature plumbing
• Reinstall pool cover (solid covers have an extra fee)

Winter Maintenance

Winter maintenance of your pool helps you save money and will prolong your pools life. We offer this service during the winter months to check your pool’s water level to prevent damage to the pool tiles and coping. We also check the pool cover.

Winter Maintenance Includes:

• Check pool overall
• Check water level monthly and lower level as necessary
• Check pool cover and ensure it is secure
